profile A little about ourselves we are two very busy people and do spend time away from home with work (so at times you will have the house to yourself) but do make time to enjoy life to the full, enjoy a drink, good food, cooking, films, walking in the country etc, not boring at all we try to see the funny side always and just get on with it. Room available (for female)in detached house (village location) Kirkby Malzeard, 13 miles Harrogate, 6 miles Ripon, 16 miles Knaresborough, 12 miles Borough bridge & 15 miles Catterick, with easy access A1 North & South 8 miles.Good sizes double room in refurbished period property. Usual amenities including use of TV lounge (video/movie on demand, pay as you view), well equipped kitchen (light breakfast and meals available i.e. eat with us or do your own thing, wireless BB internet connection, free evenings/weekend phone calls to BT landlines. Private suntrap walled courtyard at rear (smoking area). Great location within easy reach of Harrogate. Off road parking and there is limited local bus service. In the village there are 2 pubs, Indian Restaurant, Fish n Chips shop, Butchers, Garage and general store. minimum 1mths maximum 12mths renewable.
