Looking for a lodger in my own home. Wide range of interests, nothing freaky. I have a playful black lab / collie x so would need to like dogs. The house is detached and has garage, drive, beautiful lawned gardens front and rear, set in a quiet location very close to knaresborough centre. Walking distance to bus / train station, which has connections to Leeds, York etc.. Close to (but not in the noisy sense) Harrogate by-pass so easy access by road. I have recently purchased this property, and the room in question has not been re-decorated yet, although it is in perfect order. You could even choose what colour you would like it at my expense... kinda ran out of colour ideas having chosen for the rest of the house.
