Hagley is attractive because of good school. I would like to rent my large lounge or a small room downstair. I need someone who is non-smoker, no drugs and no DSS . Ideally, a busy professional single or couple. Obviously, for a couple the rent would be higher with a larger room (let me know what is acceptable rent). I am willing to rent the downstair two rooms if necessary. Share bathroom upstairs and downstair toilet. I am a single mom with son 11 and daughter 8 years old. I am very busy studying and working at my children school.
