A five bedroom detached house at 34 Argyle Close Whitehill, Bordon, Hampshire GU35 9PU.
The house will be available to view from mid July and to occupy from late July. It will be let by room as a shared house.
There are 4 double rooms and one single room, with shared bathroom, cloakroom, kitchen, garage and garden.
It is in a quiet cul-de-sac of private detached houses, off Malmesbury Rd. in Whitehill. It's a very nice area.
The house is in good condition, but will be repainted, where required, and will have new carpets fitted downstairs and stairs/landing before being let.
It will be fully furnished, with kitchen white goods, etc.
There are 2 off-road parking spaces and plenty of on-road parking. The house is 10 minutes walk from the Forest Centre in Bordon, and 5 minutes from the A3(M) for Guildford and Portsmouth.
The rent is £100/week for a double room and £85/week for a single room.
The rent includes council tax, water charges, gas and electricity. There are phone lines to the living room and some bedrooms. I will be installing wireless broadband, but ongoing phone/broadband charges will be at the tenants cost.
I will need a deposit of 1 months rent, which is returnable at the end of the tenancy, less any deductions for breakages.
I will need written references from your employer, stating period of employment, salary and type of contract (permanent, temporary or probationary), and a landlord reference, stating period of tenancy, rent and whether there were any arrears or damages.
I can reserve a room on receipt of a the deposit and the references.
