Fully Furnished house with 2 bathrooms and all the modern commodities including dishwasher etc. Just outside Farnham, parking available, less than 10 min to Farnham Train Station (mainline to London Waterloo) and Farnham town centre. Warm friendly household, sharing with professionals - owner and tenants. Sharer would ideally be non-smoking professional person but I'm willing to make a choice on meeting the right kind of student, etc.
