REALLY NICE HOUSE - HIGH STANDARD - GOOD TENANTS
We are looking for people who are professional,honest, reliable, and trustworthy. Our propery is of a HIGH STANDARD, so we are NOT looking for anyone who would abuse the house or upset the other tenants. You would be expected to complete a Tenancy Agreement. One House is approx 10/15mins walk from the Town centre & Grimsby College, the other one is on Grimsby Road, Cleethorpes. If you want a nice place to live, and good Landlords, who's only request is for you to pay your rent on time, then please feel free to Contact us.
