Furnished double room available in three-storey town house, Sleaford. Room has wrought iron double bed, walk in wardrobe and own bathroom. House owned by me since new (three years old) and located on quiet development off Boston Road, approximately ten mins walk into Sleaford, and 20 mins by car to Grantham (ten mins walk from Sleaford train station and 25 mins by train to Grantham). Furnished throughout plus Sky+ and wireless broadband.
I work half an hour away and I am looking for a responsible professional person to share my house, ideally someone with a GSOH and relaxed (although not horizental!) approach to life. NB map provided by EasyRoommate is wrong - my house is in Sleaford, Lincs.
