Centre of Grantham. I have 2 rooms available from Monday 23rd June 2008. I have one single and one double. The single room has NEW curtains and a NEW bed and is very tidy. The double room also has NEW curtains, a NEW double bed and the room has just had a NEW fitted carpet. The property is on a shared basis with all amenities provided, ie washing maching, cooker, fridge/freezer etc..(all appliances are under 3 months old). There is a 24hr Internet facility (8meg download speed) and telephone connection allowing unlimited free UK and International calls (not mobile they will be chargeable to you) for an extra £5.00 a week p/p. I do not allow smoking on the premises and also no pets. The single room is £80p/w and the double is £110p/w ..both inclusive of all bills and tax. Deposit is £200 and repayable at the end of the stay if everything is OK.
