Hello, my name is Pete and I am 35 years old. and I am looking for someone to share my house. The house is fairly modern and in a village location – just North of Grantham up the A1. It is clean and tidy with all the usual amenities, and the added bonus of a large patio area and garden with open views. The street is a quiet cul-de-sac with plenty of parking space. The available room is supplied furnished with a brand new bed, mattress, wardrobe, drawers etc, and there are other reception rooms if privacy is required. All bills except the telephone are included in the price. I am looking for someone who is responsible, easy going and doesn't mind my two cats.
