This is my modern well-kept house on the Dales Wharf Estate in Hardwicke.
Double bedroom is at the rear of the house and has a built in wardrobe and main aerial TV connection. Lounge has cable TV and wireless high speed broadband. Patio doors lead to the garden which includes a large patio with shed and decking to the rear of the garden. The house is decorated in neutral colours had has wooden flooring throughout downstairs.
Share of new modern bathroom that has a large bath and shower. Neighbours are friendly and quiet. The house is set back from the main estate road. Local shops and park and ride into Gloucester city centre nearby. There is off road parking for two cars.
I am a 27 year old professional shift worker. Enjoy nights out as well as nights in. A fun and easy going guy, although not really up for raving until all hours when I’ve got work in the morning. I’m clean and tidy and expect my housemate to be. Will need help with general chores around the house and garden. I am very approachable and easy to get along with.
