Luxury 4th floor 3 bedroom appartment in a brand new development in the Braehead area of the city. 1 bedroom available at the moment,however that could change as the 2nd bedroom is spare. Postcode is Actually PA48SJ, but I couldn't put that in.
All new furnishings, bedroom will have double bed with, closet etc, LCD tv, and wireless. 2 batrhooms, one with shower but thats soon to change. LArge living room Kitchen area with Sky TV, broadband house phone, playstation, media player, fridge/freezer, dishwasher, washer/dryer, gas cooker/ electric oven, central heating, lots of cupboard space, all cooking utensils, kitchen table etc. Private off street parking.
Located just off the River Clyde, 2min from braehead shopping centre, xscape with bars, restraunts, and entertainment, sainsburys supermarket. 10 mins to Renfrew town centre, close to bus route to city centre, easy access to motorway.
I am the owner of the appartment and I live there, but I'm only at home maybe once a month if that as I work all over the world.
You would have the place to yourself most of the time.
When I am at home I like to relax and have fun, so I'm looking for someone similar to myself, proffesional, young, must be clean, tidy and courteous and who enjoys a bit of a laugh as well.
