Townhouse flat located in quiet leafy Strathbungo next door to Shawlands. A pretty bright basement flat with access to the front and rear gardens, where there is also additional parking. -- By bus 15-20mins into town No's 38,138,57,45 or 23. 12mins by train, from Central station to Pollokshields West/or Queens Park. Supermarkets, 24hr shops.etc, 5 10 mins walk.
-- I'm looking for a Mature student or Professional, to share this humble palace.... However, (the big but...), you HAVE to be EXTREMELY CLEAN..I cannot emphasis this enough..I rent from a friend so I simply just do not have the patience or inclination to clean up after anyone so ... Yes....you could sadly say I'm verging on Monica Geller (oh god did I just admit that?) but if you are her (or a him type) and you don’t mind the once a year party (but bear in mind the police will be out if you don’t inform the neighbors or better still invite them) then that gives you a 1000 point bonus and an instant flatmate!
--Other than that nothing really phases me...I'm pretty laid back....though a little active (not very but still), train couple a times a week, I crash out at the weekends unless I can get a chance to go clubbing. In summary a wine and DVD/(shock horror soaps) person when I am being lazy.
