Hi. Large, clean bright room in Burnside - Southside Glasgow in cottage recently renovated to high standard.2 bed, living room, large dining conserv, bathroom (great shower), kitchen.Very large private walled garden. Looking for someone that is easy going, friendly,funny and respectful to share my house with. I work pretty much 9-5 and have a dog. Im a friendly, chilled, sociable guy who enjoys a laugh and a pint at weekend. get up the hills walking a lot, gigs now and then and enjoy getting out and about Glasgow and Scotland but like a clean, quiet house to come home to. Price includes bills and free wi fi. Moving in date negotiable. Total bargain if you ask me. House is right next to train station which has 2 trains an hour to and from Glasgow central- takes about 15mins. Same by car. 2 mins to countryside/East Kilbride. All shops you need are right at the doorstep. Check it out.
