I'm looking for a professional to share a clean, quiet and lovely house in Whimple. I'm an easy-going therapist and studying part-time. Its a part-share house which means you have own bedroom and bath/shower room, and share the kitchen and dining room with just me. The house is a converted stable with all the usual modern amenities, internet, easy street parking, etc. Whimple is a lovely unspoilt village with easy access to M5/A30, Exeter Airport, Exeter city and surrounding East Devon areas. Trains into Exeter in 12 mins, village bus to Sidmouth/other local areas. Will consider part week use of house share.
