I have a double room available within a quiet house in Spennymoor (about 5 miles South of Durham). The house is clean & tidy and situated within a new housing development. Good size garden and potential use of garage and driveway.
I am a 28 year old Quantity Surveyor who is friendly and enjoys socialising as well as sports such as Mountain Biking and Snowboarding.
I'm looking for a clean / tidy house mate (either professional or mature student). No smokers, pets or DSS.
