I am looking to rent out my rooms because my previous house mate has returned to France. My house is a recently converted Chapel a short walk (10 mins) to the centre of Dover. The rent takes account of all bills, which includes wifi broadband access and digital tv but excludes phone calls from the landline (although calls to other landlines are free). The bedrooms are fully furnished, with desk, wardrobe and drawers. One currently has a single bed with storage underneath but I am prepared to put a double bed in if required, the other has a double. The kitchen is like new with electric cooker, gas hob, microwave, fridge freezer and washing machine. Parking has never been a problem for me either on the road outside the property or one of the side turnings near by. If there is anything else you wish to know, please do not hesitate to contact me.
