The house mates ( THE most important thing ! )
A 35 y/old Guy who works for a company that puts up the marquee structures at Wimbledon, Monaco etc. He is a real Team Player & as friendly as you could imagine gets on with anyone. Into Motorbikes and Motorbike racing.
A 18 y/old Guy who is going to study at Doncaster College doing a sports course. He is into Rugby, sports ,climbing.
He is both friendly and polite.
Me -- Well I own the place ! I`m a youthfull 44 y/old working in the Rail Industry as a Manager I`ve spent a few years recently working away with a youngish group ( around 50 of em ! ! ) of guys. I have 2 kids from my marriage and enjoy doing the Dad thing. I can relate to people on all levels and age groups. I really enjoy sitting and hearing peoples views & stories/opinions while having a few beers. I respect the need however for people to have privacy & space & at times I like my own space as well.
Mostly I want the house to feel like a home to all of us here.
I want it to remain a relaxed,fun and friendly place. Somewhere where people look forward to coming to after a hard days work
