There is a small garden at the back of the house. Parking is on street outside the house.

All bills are included in the rent except phone.
The house is well furnished, there is a single bed in the room, but it would fit a double bed. There is also a wardrobe.
The local train station is only a 5min walk away and there are plenty of bus routes nearby. Doncaster is only a few minutes drive or ride away and if you're feeling energetic a 30min walk.
There is also very easy access to motorways
