I have 2 rooms to rent in a spacious flat in Winshill, Burton. The kitchen and bathroom are brand new, tastefully finished and well equipped. The decor is contemporary and neutral throughout. It's clean, homely and well maintained. The rent includes all the bills and wireless broadband. There is off road parking, a garden for barbeques etc. Burton is easily reached by bus. It's very close though and quite cycleable or even walkable. I'm looking for sane and sociable working people to share a relaxing space.
