I am looking for a young professional person who is easy going and outgoing. They will also need to be tidy and organised to help keep the house looking nice :)
The room has a single bed with a slide out 'second' part underneath that will make the bed a double if required, The bathroom in the house has been recently re-decorated and has a brand new shower unit as well. I will take some pictures to upload here later on :)
The bedroom on offer has been newly decorated and has a brand new carpet. It also has a wardrobe, bed side cabinet and chest of drawers.
As for myself I play a lot of sport (especially football) and try to go to the gym three times a week, enjoy going out, nights in, watching films and sport, i am also a derby county season ticket holder (feel free to give sympathy!)
Price is inclusive of all Bills (council Tax, Water, Gas, Electric, Internet, TV Licence, Phone line rental (calls on house phone not included)) TV in living room has freeview with HDD recorder.
