Recently renovated three bedroom house in sinfin. Quite location close to rolls royce, Bombardier & lots of amenities short bus,taxi ride to town center.I have a large double room to let fully furnished or part furnished [flexibull]. There is internet and cable connection throughout the house. There is all mod cons within house everything is brand new and is decorated and kitted out to a high standerd.There is a large sitting room with big screen t.v & cable so plenty of space to chill out. I have a weekly cleaner so all you have to do is tidy after yourself and look after your own room.I live in the house myself and im a very laid back person who is easygoing i like to keep my house clean and tidy.I work at bombardier go to the gym and enjoy socialising with friends.
