I have a good sized room with a single bed to let in my home. The room has a tv & internet access, its 2 mins walk to bus stop 20 mins walk to town & 25 mins walk to north station, female preferred & it would be a big help if the person could help out with the housework as my work and hobbies take up a lot of my time. The room is currently occupied but will be available from July.
