If you want luxury then you are looking in the right place!
This flat is being completley refurbished right now. New wiring, complete redecoration, new carpets, furniture, appliances, and bathroom.
The location is amazing being just 10 minutes walk from town in Lexden. In case you didn't know this is the 'Park Lane and Mayfair' of Colchester.
The room you will be renting is a very large double room and you will have use of the new and well equipped kitchen and all the applianced including use of the lounge with new TV systems and stereos.
Kitchen is having new ceramic floor. Also new washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, toaster, cofee maker, kettle etc etc
Want to choose your own furniture and design? No problem - I will take you shopping on my credit card for what you want! (min 6 month tenancy).
New cutlery and crockery and appliances will be put into the kitchen inc washer/drier. Iron and ironing board will also be available. Free wi fi internet access too. In fact if I have missed anything just ask me!
You will need to pay at least £115 a week to stay with me. However that will include everything except food. You will need to be clean and tidy and have a regular income. You will need to be responsible as you will be in charge of the place a lot of the time too as I work in London every day and will often be away at the weekends.
There is a parking space included!
