its a big lovely detached house in a quiet, clean, posh road, in the best part of Clacton, no problems with noise or crime or litter etc. just 2 mins walk from the sea. and not far from station and town and buses. new ly decorated rooms.
a single and a double. both with tv. carpet. comfortable bed. wardrobe/drawers. lovely and warm in winter. beautiful front garden and back garden, with a running stream, you can sit in.
price includes breakfast and evening meal, with home made meals using organic home grown veg, and you can make yourself tea and coffee. no children or smoking. i have some very small friendly dogs. as i live on the premises myself i m very fussy about who i allow to live here with me. has to be someone i know i can trust and get on with.
