Cosy, single room in flat in Clacton on Sea. 5 minutes from town centre and train station. literally 5 seconds walk to nearest supermarket.
I am a professional young male. I will only rent to someone employed and trustworthy. You will have full acess to the rest of the flat. There is a bed and storage in the room. TV can be added if wanted. Internet access is available via wireless broadband. I have a PC you may use at my discression.
I am very easy going and love a laugh. You must be a person willing to clean up after your self. And keep your room and the rest of the flat in good condition.
I would be asking for a rent of £60 per week.
2 weeks rent in advance.
