Double room available with all bills included. You'd be sharing with 2 professionals, myself who's 28 and my housemate, she's 25. The house is situated 1mins walk from Leyland train station (6mins from Preston) and 1mins drive from M6 J28. I am a tidy, easy going and friendly housemate who enjoys sports, socialising, films and general banter. The room is a large space with a double bed, 2 fitted wardrobes and bedside table. The house is a quiet end terrace with front garden and back yard and garage (plenty of storage space plus a bbq) there is also a great pub at the end of the road.
