I live in a Terraced Cottage, and I am renting one of the rooms out. It's really cosy and I like to keep it clean and tidy. I have a nice back garden, good for having barbeques in summer. Apart from the room you would have the space of the rest of the house and the use of all facilities. I am 35 yrs old, non smoker, and have plenty of hobbies, walking, running, cycling, camping (any sports really) so I am very rarely in.
