Calm, studious & fun room in shared house, Bowerhill. £55/wk (£238/month) includes all energy/council tax/etc bills. I don't smoke & have one pet (hamster named Biggles). Sorry, no DSS accepted.
I'm a part-time student (studying for a Commercial Pilot's License) and also work close by in a property/employment agency. Other housemate is female, & doesn't smoke.
The house is kept clean (I live in the house!), and have a room to let. My room has en-suite fitted, so the other bathroom would be shared between yourself and the other tenant. The kitchen is shared but spacious, as is the conservatory.
There is terrestrial TV in the room, plus conservatory (license fee included in the rent). Wireless O2 broadband is also included in the rent.
The patio/conservatory combo lends itself to BBQs/video nights etc - often have friends over for socialising/dinner/BBQs/and so forth. There's a gym within 10min walk, and also since we're on the edge of town/housing estate (almost into the country) the Kennet & Avon Canal is within walking distance, and the local pub is within 10min as well.
