My house is a Semi Detatched and has 3 bedrooms two of which are double rooms. The room that is for rent is the largest of the three (Please note all the bills will be included in the price). The house will be shared with a male aged 28 that works shifts for the NHS. The house is in Brimington Chesterfirld local to taxi firms, Train station, restaurants and local bus routes. It is approx 2 miles from Chesterfield town centre. The property has been recently decorated and my room will be furnished with a double bed, wardrobe, 32inch TV, the kitchen, bathroom and garden will be shared. Overlooking the spacious garden is a lovely park and recreational area. I would prefer a referance from the person wanting to rent along with a small bond that will be returned at the end of the let considering nothing is damaged.
