I have recently moved into a nice old detached house on the top of the hill at Stretton. It has three bedrooms and two bathrooms and is nicely decorated. I am still doing things to the house and it will probably be some months before it is completely finished. In the meantime it is quite comfortable to live in.
Outside there is a big garden and ample space for parking. There is a frequent bus service outside the house to Chesterfield, Alfreton, Derby and Nottigham.
I am used to sharing my house with others and had three long term lodgers in my last house in Newcastle upon Tyne. I am a fairly relaxed guy to live with although I do like a clean kitchen! I generally prefer to share with men but am not prescriptive about that.
The rent is £250 per month and I would suggest we share bills to act as that incentive to switch off unnecessary lights etc. Bills are not more than £30 per month. Wireless Broadband is available.
