Looking for a friendly housemate to share a spacious, clean and bright, non-smoking house in Tarvin - a lovely little village situated 5 miles from Chester City Centre.
Tarvin has all local amenities, shops, pubs, coffee shops and restaurants (Thai, Chinese and a F&C), and is a short drive from the city (10 mins approx).
House includes washer, dryer, sky tv & wireless internet connection. Room available is currently furnished with a single bed (larger bed available if reqd) with lots of storage space.
The gardens are big and there’s decking to the rear of the house which is a real suntrap when the sun comes out! Great for BBQs too.
All bills inclusive. Room available from 14 Sept-ish.
