The house is an old cottage type enjoying an elevated position in South Cheshire overlooking stunning countryside and the beautiful ancient village of Marbury.
The gardens are large, not over-looked and landscaped and there is plenty of off road parking.
This area is well known for its walking, countryside and abundance of village pubs, many of which offer food and sell cask ales.
The house is internally modernised, with a large farmhouse type kitchen, outdoor eating and seating areas and a large lounge and seperate dining room and study.
I am fairly laid back and am out of doors whenever possible, hence the house is set up to accomodate muddy boots and outdoor clothing.
