Cosy 3-bed house in the palatial surroundings of Hoole. A quiet and convenient neighbourhood, close to the Law College, 15 mins walk to University, 10 mins walk from Chester City Centre, and Train Station, with smart bars and restaurants as well as local shops about 5 mins away. It's also ideally situated for the Bank of Scotland and the Countess Hospital. You'll find all the little luxuries in life: a big lounge with plasma TV, Wii, and drinks fridge, a decent yard, well-equipped kitchen. Both have TV points. All rooms are completely furnished with wardrobes and drawers. I'm also supplying plates, saucepans, and all cutlery.
ALL BILLS INCLUDED in rent, and all sundries (things like loo roll, bin bags, washing up liquid, washing powder!) It's almost like living with your parents (just without the nagging). I've worked this out to be EQUIVALENT TO PAYING £325+BILLS.
Obviously you're welcome to bring your own stuff as well... But if you don't want the hassle of a big move, basically, all you'd need to move in would be your clothes and your fine self!
You will be of course living with me, the landlord. But I've been told I'm laid-back and easy to get on with. I'm a bit of sociable creature. If you're new to the area, I'd be happy to introduce you to a crowd of ready-made friends and the delights of Chester, via some (possibly) slightly drunken weekend adventures.
I work for a charity for blind people, designing software systems and project management.
I'm looking for a young professional, and I don't care whether you're a girl or a bloke as long as I think we'll get on. Someone who doesn't mind cleaning would be a bonus, as it would give me someone to fight over the hoover with!
I'm happy to offer the room on a 1-month trial basis as well, so you find out if you like living with here before you commit to a long contract straightaway. I'd let you have the room for the FIRST MONTH AT 1/2 PRICE.
