Double room available in village location. Room has large fitted wardrobes, chest of drawers and bedside cabinet. There is a TV aeriel point in the room.
Tastefully decorated throughout, large garden to side of house.
Price includes Gas Electricity Water, and wireless broadband.
Ideally suited to someone who wants to live in a peaceful location, foreign exchange students particularly welcome even if its a short stay. However you will need either a motorbike or car as public transport is fairly limited. Chester is 5 mileas away and Wrexham is 8 miles away. There is a bus service but it ends around 7pm. There is ample on street parking.
Please be tidy and if you are environmentally responsible that is even better.
