Single room for rent in the modern, secure & comfortable development for £250 pcm (including £250 deposit), with a separate monthly contribution to gas, electricity, water and TV license bills (averaging an additional £40 pcm). The £250 basic rent includes council tax and wireless internet. Phone rental is also inclusive but calls are covered individually. Currently looking for a third flatmate who is mature, clean and professional working regular daytime hours (9-5). The top floor apartment with high ceilings has a spacious feel and is decked out with the usual facilities including power shower, freeview, internet & dishwasher giving it a nice homely feel. The shared areas of the apartment include the kitchen, lounge and bathroom. Local amenities are close to hand including banks shops, takeaways, pubs & bars in a village like setting in Hoole. Chester railway station is a mere 5 minute walk away and it’s roughly a 10 minute walk to both the Northgate arena and city centre although buses regularly run by the end of the road. Apartment is also close to the HBOS offices and convenient for access to Chester Business Park on Wrexham Rd. For those who travel for work it’s only a short 2 minute drive to reach the junction for the A55/M53 motorway network and there's ample off street parking.
