4 bedroom detached house situated in a quiet cul-de-sac with landlord living in. This accomodation is only 2 miles from the city centre and is very close to the Chester Business Park and Airbus Broughton. The University is 2.5 miles and Law College Christleton 8 miles away.
Access to Chester is very quick/easy with a direct bus every 15 mins the city-centre. Bus-stop only 300 yards from property.
Large rear garden with decking area to chill-out on when the weather dictates !! We are only looking at renting 2 of the bedrooms. One is a single the other a double. Both are well furnished with ample storage. There is a bathroom which is for the sole purpose of the two rented rooms, so no queue :)
This is ideally suited to a professional or student who needs a peaceful environment to study.
Single room is priced as in ad. Double room is £365.00 per/m (£500.00 for two people) These fees include bills, except for your community charge which works out at an additional £30.00 per/month if you wish to claim you live here !!!
