I am a 30 year old professional who owns and lives at the address which has a room to rent. I am looking for a male or female to rent my spare large double room (fully furnished with double bed, wardrobe, chest of draws etc). You must be professional or mature student 25years plus. I have a large garden and a newly fitted kitchen and bathroom. There is off-street parking available.
my work and sporting committments mean that i am out of the house a lot so you must be honest, trustworthy and respectful! Other than that i am very easy going, easy to live with and a great cook! The garden is perfect for BBQ's in the summer ...
I do have a dog (18 month old setter) who is very friendly and lots of fun! When i am not in the house she is in the kennel in the back garden. She is not a problem but i appreciate that not everyone likes dogs!
