The room is fully furnished and has double bed, wardrobe, chest of drawers and desk/shelving. The rent includes ALL basic bills: Council Tax, TV licence, Wireless Broadband Internet, SKY, Phone, Gas / Electricity and Water – even unlimited Odeon DVD film rental!
I am after an easy-going and interesting housemate! I am probably only in the house for just a few evenings during the week and ideally you would be the same so that we can sometimes have the place to ourselves. I love cooking and would be happy to provide delicious home cooked meals (with shared costs) or you can fly solo. However, I do like to keep the house clean and tidy. Not OCD, just clean and tidy...LOL…!! Since I am the landlord, things like deposit, moving date and contracts are flexible but the most important thing is to find the right person.
For you added convenience, you will have the use of all facilities: Bathroom, which has a bath/shower combination; Kitchen, fully equipped with white goods including washer / dryer and dishwasher; Lounge, with two comfortable leather sofas, wide screen TV, DVD / VHS player, computer / printer; Garden Patio with flowers, shrubs, picnic bench & off-road parking.
The house is very quiet and secure, with all amenities within a few minutes walk including a; pub; supermarket; and a sports centre with a pool. The residential area has great transport links and the A55 is less than five minutes away by car. A nearby bus stop provides frequent services to many destinations and the direct service (4) to Chester railway station runs every ten minutes; it departs @ 07.27Hrs and takes 30 minutes or so.
Non-Smoking, No Pets, references & deposit @ £300 is required.
