There is one furnished bedroom available in a modern, cosy three bedroom house that is located in Pittiville and within easy walking distance of the town centre. It will be available from 1 July. It is a single room, with a 3/4 size bed and is £240 per month excluding bills (only £80 per month). The house has all the mod-cons - internet, washer, patio, 2 sofa's, 32 inch tv, breakfast bar, cooker/gas hob, fridge/freezer, etc, etc and excellent kitchen utilities. It also has an open plan design lounge and kitchen which is cool! There is an excellent large and well-fitted bathroom.
Another guy is moving in the house shortly and so i am ideally looking for a female housemmate to balance things out a bit, but this is not mandatory! Early 20's-late 20's, and working in some kind of profession wqould be a good housemate. Need to be sociable, easy to get on with, relaxed, relatively tidy and enjoy a night out now and again in the metropolis of Cheltenham.
