Hi
Me (Richard), Aaron, Katie and Kim are looking for a new housemate we all get along well, like to go out together (bars, cinema, gym) and keep a relatively tidy house. We have one small room available. Room is slightly bigger then a box room and has a bed, wardrobe and bed side table it is on the ground floor of our luxurious 3 storey town house and has a bath, shower 2 toilets and sink shared with 2 others. The house is located near the m5 west Cheltenham (gl510wn) around 2 miles from town
The house offers a good sized garden with large wooden decking area and wooden patio set (we have had many BBQs this summer)
There is a large sitting room with 28" tv and quality leather corner sofa, the sitting room also has a 5 seat work area and an apple mac.
The kitchen is a good size and we have a 4 seat dining area, 2 fridges (1 large and 1 small) and a utility with sink washer dryer etc.
The room is now available and is all inclusive for £280 = Digital TV, internet, gas, elec, water etc. There is a downstairs basin and toilet that has only ever been used by the downstairs tennant.
There are several house shares nearby, there is a gym minutes down the road as well as sainsburys, aldi and many megastores. The house has off road and on road parking and good links to GCHQ. We are looking for someone tidy, social, fun and friendly for our house. The house needs to be seen to be appreciated and we have never had any problems renting out rooms with the house always full since it was purchased, Thanks - hope to hear from you
