I have a double room available to rent preferably to a professional non-smoker age 25- 35, but I'm quite chilled out and can be flexible. The house is good sized 3 bed and I live on my own, so plenty of room which I would be happy to share - I don't expect you to hide away in your room - there is internet and cable tv downstairs which you are welcome to use. I am quite clean and tidy and would like someone the same and respect me and my house space. The room is furnished with double bed and basic furniture (wardrobe etc). The house is good location for GCHQ and M5, there are buses to town centre or you'd need car or bike - I have offroad parking. I've got a large kitchen diner, garden and patio... Best thing is to get in touch and we can meet and you can come and see for yourself!
