The house
A 4 Bedroom terrace house 10 minutes walk from town, 5 minutes from the university, 2 minutes to a Tescos metro's/local shops and resteraunts.
There are wooden floors and double glazing throughout, the whole house has been newly redecorated.
The living room has leather sofas, a wide screen tv, digi box, dvd and a wifi box. The kitchen is fully equiped with cooker, microwave, fridges and freezers. There is a washing machine and tumble drier available for you to use. Out side is a good size garden, big enough for a nice BBQ in the summer.
The house is non-smoking and no pets are allowed. The house has a full firealrm system including emergancy lighting, and all the doors are fireproof.
There is a Combi-boiler and central heating throughout.
The Room
There is a VERY LARGE double room available. it is of a very high quality. All the rooms have wifi access to the internet, have built in cupboards, and are fully furnitured. If you require the room unfurnished let me know. The room is an upstairs room at the back of the house and threfore is very quiet.

You would be the fourth housemate in the house containing 2 girls and 1 boy, all are in thir early twenties.
