I have a brand-new flat in the Pontrpennau area of Cardiff and am looking to rent out my spare room. It is tastefully furnished and used to be the show flat. The room itself has built-in wardrobes/overhead storage.
The flat is less than 5 mins drive from J33, M4 and Heath Hospital. UWIC Llandaff, Cyncoed and Colchester Avenue 5 mins drive. 10 mins drive to Cardiff University and the town centre.
On bus route 57/58 running every 4 mins into city centre via Albany Rd.
The Pontprennau area benefits from great local amenities, including a new Waitrose store within walking distance.
I am a sales professional but am quite open minded as to who I share with. I often stay over my girlfriends house anyway that is round the corner.
