A furnished double bedroom available in a shared house (4 bedroom). The entire property has been recently rennovated to a very high standard throughout.

The room is decorated in a cool urban style with a large bed and furniture (wardrobe, bedside table, chest of drawers, bed). The room is towards the rear of the property and is very quiet. The house includes a large bathroom complete with jacuzzi bath and seperate thermostatic shower. The kitchen is new with dishwasher, washer-dryer and a 5 position hob. The open living/dining room is laminate flooring with comfortable carpeting in the upper floors.

A fair-sized garden with shed and built-in BBQ lies to the rear, the garden is very private and suitable for small parties and outdoor dining. There is also a washing line for when the weather allows :)

The area is approx 10 minutes walk from the city centre and 20 minutes walk to the bay, although there it is also regularly served by public transport.
