I am 30 yr old teacher just moved into tw bed house. It's very homely and a place to chill and relax after a hard days work. I'm sporty and love the gym, drink, chillin, blah blah blah...
Room is furnished and is quiet at rear of house. House had all mod cons, sky, wireless btroadband etc. Only 15 min walk to queen street, bus stop right outside only two stops to central. All bills are inclusive of rent except phone calls but even then have free evening and weekend calls.
Lookin for someone I can get on with, non smoker, quite tidy and laid back who does,nt take themselves too seriously.
