Hi there, I have two double rooms that will be available on or before 27th JUNE. This room is advertised at £310 as its upstairs. The other room is advertised at £300 and is on the ground floor.
To describe this particular room, it is a specious, wooden floored room with a double bed, full storage and the room overlooks the garden. I'm about to decorate the room before 27/6.
The rest of the house has wooden flooring throughout, a large kitchen/dining room, a bathroom with shower, a TV lounge for tenants only (x2) and a small sun trap garden.
