I am a live in Landlord who wants to share my home with friendly people. All bills included. Professional and friendly sharers wanted for this house-share. Broadband internet, Gas, electric, water, council tax all included. I will share cleaning of all hallways, bathrooms and the kitchen and outdoor area. I have a nice garden that you can sit out in the summer. I have a large double garage that i have the occasional parties with friends and in the future all housemates would be welcome too ( but keep the noise down...lol) Three bedrooms will be decorated with all new furnitures. I have common room with TV. Double glazed with gas central heating, shower and toilet downstairs with a bathroom and toilet upstairs. I have posted the pics. The one double room will be £300 per Month, also another double bedroom for £280 and the single room at £150 per Month, this is a small room. Available now, would suit three females sharing. I am easy going and both smokers or non smokers welcome.
