Hiya, my name is Vicki Padfield and I have a bedroom available for rent from 27th June. The house is a new build, four bedroomed detached house. The large room available is fully furnished with a double bed, wardrobes, chest of draws, desk and chair, curtains and carpet. The house is in Pengam Green, which is just off Newport Road (CF24 2TU). Its 1 ½ miles to the city centre, with a slip road that leads to the M4, so also great for commuting out of Cardiff. There are great bus links on Newport Road. Its situated on a cul-de-sac in a nice quiet area.
The house consists of 4 bedrooms, 2 upstairs bathrooms and a separate toilet downstairs. There is a large living room, large kitchen, dining room, utility room, and garage. There is a large back garden and a small front garden. There is plenty of parking. The garage contains gym equipment, for those interested! The house contains all mod cons – dishwasher, washing machine, tumble drier, free view and sky is on its way!
The current housemates are a 24 year old Pharmacist (female) and a 25 year old (female) Event Planner and 23 year old (male) Sales and we are looking for someone who wants to socialize with the current housemates.
The rent is £420 a month, INCLUDING ALL BILLS, I have listed the breakdown to give you an idea! – Council Tax (£40), Water (£12), Gas (£10), electricity (£10), phone line (£8), internet (£5), Buildings & contents insurance (£10) separate contents insurance will be required for your own items within the bedroom.
We are not looking for a couple, the contract will be a six month rolling contract, and ideally you will have some references I can check. A deposit will be required and invested into the new scheme to help protect tenants.
