Large, link-detached house in St Ives (15 miles from Cambridge, 6 miles from Huntingdon) 5 bedrooms upstairs, and another bedroom plus a second lounge in an annex, plus 24 foot main lounge, separate dining room, downstairs cloak, main bathroom and 2 ensuites, a private back garden, garage and ample off road parking. The house has undergone a complete refit/refurb to a high standard of finish, and has a brand new kitchen and utility,including granite work tops, pull out hose tap, range cooker, wine cooler, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble drier, bathroom with thermostatic shower over bath and remote control lights to lounge, dining room and all bedrooms. Wireless broadband available, free calls to uk landlines daytimes as well as evenings and weekends and Sky TV to lounge. I am a non-smoker and i would prefer non-smokers - it is a smoke-free house. I have a cat and so suitable lodgers would be cat lovers, but not have any pets of their own as mine is timid enough as she is!! It is a large, spacious house, and having spent a lot of money in doing it up, i am looking for people who will appreciate the level of accomodation provided and not trash it!! i'm looking for clean, tidy professional people, who are friendly/sociable and would like to go out for drinks etc from time to time and ideally in the 25-40 age bracket as i'm starting to get too old for partying every school night and looking for people with a similar lifestyle. Currently, there are 2 men/1 woman living here, all in our early thirties, and I have two newly decorated/carpeted/furnished double rooms available, with shared bathroom (to be shared with 1 of the existing lodgers), £400 per month plus phone calls to non-uk-landlines. Rent to be paid monthly in advance, plus one month as deposit. One months notice by either party required to vacate.
