Harbourside, modern two double bedroom flat overlooking the river, 30 secs from Castle Park and therefore 5 minutes from the city centre, train and bus stations, and 20mins to uni and commercial districts. NO PARKING is available although you may be able to find somewhere 5mins+ walk away.
The flat is warm, bright, very sunny with all normal amenities. Large lounge with french doors leading to sunny balcony overlooking the river views. Leather sofas, wood floors, big tv and lots of books and cd's: all very cliche.
Bills are,as you'd expect, excluded but should budget for £90 ish pm (mostly council tax!)
